By booking a private session, you get a trainer at your side who will guide you and customize each workout to your personalized goals & level.
If you are already in shape and want a solid challenge, we will push you to give your best performance.
If you are just starting out, we will guide you every step of the way. Leading you through the appropriate progressions as you improve.
You will enjoy a new workout with different exercises every time you come. This gives you the best opportunity for achieve amazing results.
Is Shared training for you?
Shared training is fun, lots of people like to train in a small group, of 2 or 3.
It creates a good dynamic, all while still getting a customized workout from the trainer. We are accustomed to train people together who have varying levels of fitness.
We make sure everyone gets a super workout. At X-FIT, if you participate in Shared training, you simply book the time you want, It’s that easy.
Then if another member asks for the same time, then you’ll share that session. If no one asks for the same time slot, then you’ll be solo for the training.
* Cancellation policy: A $30 fee is applicable to any personal training session that is not cancelled at least 24 hours before the reserved time slot.
