GET THAT EXTRA MOTIVATION
Working out with a group will give you that additional push
Group training will get your motivation level at an all time high as you feed off the group’s energy.
Each session is different and includes many interesting circuits that will target every part of your body.
Work at your own pace within the circuit. If you’re starting out, you can go at a smoother pace. If you are fitter, you are more than welcome to give it all you have got.
Rest assured that you will train with fun and friendly groups of people. No show offs or hot shots.
GROUP TRAINING – LEVELS 2 & 3
A SOLID CHALLENGE
This one is tough. Hope you are too.
These sessions will push your strength and stamina to the max. Let’s see how fit you really are. Who knows, maybe you have what it takes to make it?
Each session provides you with different and innovative workouts, and a new routine is designed for each workout.
This type of training is exclusive to people with at least 3 years of experience training in a gym setting. You must posses sound exercise technique for any moves that will be given during the session.
Be assured that this type of training will expand your limits to a whole new level. Because survival of the fittest is what it’s all about.
n.b.: the level 2 and 3 group sessions are only held from mid September to mid April.
