GROUP TRAINING – LEVEL 1
GET THAT EXTRA MOTIVATION
Working out with a group will give you that additional push
Group training will get your motivation level at an all time high as you feed off the group’s energy.
Each session is different and includes many interesting circuits that will target every part of your body.
Work at your own pace within the circuit. If you’re starting out, you can go at a smoother pace. If you are fitter, you are more than welcome to give it all you have got.
Rest assured that you will train with fun and friendly groups of people. No show offs or hot shots.
When?
- Tuesdays & Thursdays evenings at 7:30 p.m. at X-Fit!
- From June 6th until August 31, 2023
How Much?
- Special Summer Deal*: $149+tax – train as much as you want
- Drop-in: $15+tax
