    I’m a founder of Training Mobs (trainingmobs.com) and last night, owner Derek and trainer Max gave me one of the best workouts EVER, and given I’ve trained a lot in the US, the UK and Australia, that’s saying something.

    The dynamic warm up engages you, it’s fun, and it warms you up properly. Then the real fun starts with a battery of exercises and drills that are fun, athletically challenging and if you’re willing to push it, brutal! I’m a fit, strong guy and these guys gave me work that helped me push myself to the limit, which was what I wanted. Importantly, going to the limit was my choice: I’ve watched Derek and Eric train other folks and they are awesome at helping you set the level to what works for you.

    Go take your free session with these guys. Training will never be the same.

    I live in Toronto and I make it a point to workout at X-Fit whenever I’m in Montreal. I usually train with Eric and he’s great. Well prepared, motivational, enthusiastic, responsive, nice short haircut. I’ve been doing Muay Thai for over a year at a local Toronto gym, and I consider myself to be fit. But, after an X-Fit workout I usually feel like puking, on myself. During my last session, I was so tired that I felt like punching Finley in the face. Finley is one of the other trainers. Sorry Finely. I like you, but I hate you. Long live X-Fit!

    PS – Whether you’re a beginner or someone who’s looking to intensify their workout, X-Fit is the place in Montreal. Great atmosphere and excellent personalized service that caters to everyone.     The guys at X-Fit make their workouts so much fun and dynamic that you don’t even notice that you’re in pain until it’s too late…your muscles, however, will remember the workout for a couple of days later and pretty soon people will start to notice the difference.

    Had my 1st Group Outdoor Training session with Derek and few partners in crime last night in West Island. It was surprisingly challenging, the jogging at some stations quickly turned into walking and then gasping…. but I expect to improve in the weeks to come.
